CARROTS DELUXE 
2 lb. carrots, in sticks or sliced
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter

Cook carrots (preferably steamed) until just tender.

Place cooked carrots in greased casserole. Pour mayonnaise mixture over and mix through carrots. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Spread crumb mixture over carrots. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
