EL DORADO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 cans tomato sauce
Garlic powder to taste
1 c. chopped black olives
1 (7 oz.) bag taco chips

Brown ground beef and onions. Add garlic powder, tomato sauce and olives. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies. To assemble casserole, layer taco chips in bottom of dish, then 1/2 of the meat mixture, then 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
