SPICY PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
