KONA BANANA BREAD | |
1/2 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 3/4 c. mashed ripe banana 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda Cream shortening and sugar until light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in banana. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to banana mixture. Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, greased pan. |
