TURKEY 'N DRESSING CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. (left over) turkey meat
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 c. cream
Salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 3/4 - 3 c. left over dressing

BROWNED BREAD CRUMBS:

1 c. + 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Paprika and garlic salt to taste
