MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise (a little more, if needed)
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Cook vegetables as package says. Peel and chop onion. Mix vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and sugar and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
