MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. red beans, drained
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Cook frozen vegetables until tender. Cool. Mix with other ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. mustard

Bring to a boil. Cool. Add to vegetables.
