CHICKEN CHIP 
2 to 4 c. cooked chicken
2 c. raw celery
1 c. blanched almonds (optional)
2 tbsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine chicken, celery, onion and almonds. Dribble lemon juice over all of mix. Blend together with mayonnaise and soup. Add to chicken mixture and spread in ungreased casserole. Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake about 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
