MEATSA PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. catsup or tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. dried onions
Pepper to taste
Parsley to taste

Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs, spices and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese together. Put into ungreased pie plate up the sides. Top with catsup or tomato paste, mushrooms, onions and Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serve with spaghetti and green beans.
