PERSIMMON CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. oil 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/2 c. persimmon pulp 1 c. walnuts Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour in 10 inch bundt or tube pan, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan while warm and dust with powdered sugar. Eat. |
