GOULASH 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped

Brown the above together, drain. Add the following:

2 cans tomatoes (or 2 pints)
1 can tomato sauce
2 or 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked

Simmer in Dutch oven for 30 minutes, or, put in crockpot for 2 to 4 hours.
