QUICK & EASY GOULASH | |
1 med. onion, chopped 1 lb. hamburger 1 can cream of tomato soup 1/3 c. hot water 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. macaroni, uncooked Saute onion in butter in a heavy skillet. Add hamburger crumbled. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat. Add tomato soup and water. Stir to combine ingredients. Simmer on low heat until heated through. Cook macaroni in a separate container according to package directions. Drain and add to the meat mixture. Combine so the macaroni is coated with the sauce. Serves 6. |
