NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER | |
9 tbsp. chopped onions 3 c. water 3 c. diced potatoes 3 cans clams Salt & pepper to taste 1 stick butter 3 pt. sweet milk Saute onions in skillet, until soft in 6 teaspoons oil. Add water, potatoes and clams. Salt and pepper to taste; add butter. Boil until potatoes are soft. Add milk. Reheat and serve. |
