SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
3 c. cooked reg. rice
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped

Brown sausage in heavy skillet. Drain. Simmer onion, celery, green pepper until tender, drain. Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased (2 quart) casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
