PINEAPPLE CHUNK CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 sticks butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar

Put all cake ingredients in large bowl. Stir until well blended. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Blend all frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Frost cake when cool.
