3-4 lb. smoked ham shank Salt 1 bay leaf 4-5 peppercorns 2 c. water Place ham in crock pot. Add seasonings and pour in water. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8-10 hours. Yield 8 servings (about 4 1/2 quarts). |
