FAT CITY OYSTERS 
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
12 med. oysters (to serve 2 people)
1 tbsp. olive oil and white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese and spices. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crumb mixture into the dish, top with the oysters, and then spread the rest of the crumbs over the top.

Combine the oil, wine and lemon juice and sprinkle over the top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
