SHELLS AND WHITE CHEDDAR 
8 oz. shell pasta (your favorite)
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

SEASONINGS:

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Cook pasta in salted water until al denté.

Meanwhile, melt butter and seasonings in large saucepan. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add milk and whisk over medium heat until thickened and bubbling. Remove from heat. Stir in cheeses. Add drained pasta to cheese sauce and mix to combine.

If desired, bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
