CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash browns (frozen)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. crushed cornflakes cereal, mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine potatoes and butter in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Cover with crushed cornflakes mixed with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
