CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. dried minced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. bacon bits

Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together except half of the cheese. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered 40 - 60 minutes at 350.
