SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 pkg. spinach (washed and torn)
Same amount of bib or other lettuce
1 sm. can of mandarin oranges, drained
Couple of red onion slices

DRESSING:

1/2 c. Canola oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

TOPPING:

1/2 pkg. slivered almonds

Mix oil, sugar, ketchup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce well or shake together in glass pint jar with tight lid. Pour over prepared greens which have been mixed with mandarin oranges and onion slices. Mix well. Sprinkle almonds on top of salad. Serve immediately.
