SAUCY ZUCCHINI 
4 c. zucchini
2 medium onions (1 c.) sliced thin
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook zucchini and onion in boiling water until tender. In a saucepan melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Combine sauce with cooked vegetables. Place in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and then buttered crumbs.

Bake in 350°FF oven for 25 minutes.
