HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. cured ham (ground)
1 lb. fresh ground pork
1 c. soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk or tomato juice
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients, then form into loaf and place in baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, then add glaze and bake another 15 minutes.

Glaze:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Combine in saucepan and cook until slightly thickened.
