HAM LOAF 
2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground sausage
1 c. bread crumbs, pressed tight into cup
1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix all ingredients well. Put on a cookie sheet and put in refrigerator to cool overnight or several hours. Slice into two loaves.

Bake on cookie sheet 1 hour at 350°F.

Glaze:

1/2 c. brown sugar
sprinkle of ground cloves
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Mix well. Take loaves out of oven after baked for 1 hour. With a toothpick, punch holes over top of loaves. Pour glaze over top of loaves. Put back into oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
