HACIENDA CHICKEN BAKE 
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. Quaker Masa Harina
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped boiled chicken

Combine water, masa and onion in 2 quart saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cook over low heat very thick. Remove from heat. Add chilies, 1 cup cheese and seasonings; mix well. Gradually add eggs; mix well. Stir in chicken. Bake in greased 9" pie plate at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, continue baking for 2 minutes. 6 servings.
