1 gallon tomatoes
2 c. white sugar
2 c. white vinegar
Salt to taste
2 tsp. catsup spice

Crush tomatoes into juice; drain through cheese cloth overnight. In pan mix juice, sugar, vinegar and salt. Tie spices in a cloth, put into mixture and boil 20 minutes. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
