CATSUP 
1 gal. tomato juice
1 lg. c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. (scant) red pepper

Put spices in cloth and boil in tomato juice for 3 hours. Can while hot.
