MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. chopped nut
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Cream sugar, butter and cocoa together; add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, nuts and coconut; mix together. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread marshmallow creme on top while still warm. Cool, then frost.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Beat until smooth, then spread on top. Store in refrigerator.
