MORTON'S GARDEN VINAIGRETTE 
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 c. olive oil

Mix garlic, celery seed, salt, pepper and paprika. Add mustard. Add vinegars and oil, and whisk together. Makes 1 cup.
