SUMMER SAUSAGE 
4 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. Morton Quick salt
2 c. cold water

Mix all of above ingredients very well. Refrigerate 24 hours. Next day, roll into logs. Bake uncovered at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Cool. Refrigerate. Slice and serve with bread rounds.
