EGG ROLLS 
2 pkgs. wrappers (found in produce section)
1 med. cabbage
4 or 5 carrots
1 med. onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 1/2 lb. hamburg
2 cans bean sprouts
1 can chop suey veg.
4 or 5 shakes soy sauce
2 tsp. accent
3 eggs

Shred cabbage, carrots, onion and peppers. Beat 3 eggs and add to vegetables. Add other ingredients. (Do not cook meat.) Use regular frying pans or one large. Put 1/4 inch oil in pan. Take a wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons mixture towards a corner of the wrapper. Roll. As you roll, tuck in edges. Seal the seam by rubbing water on edges and close. Make sure oil is hot. Place egg roll in oil and turn when browned.
