1 box cake mix, yellow preferable
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
2 boxes vanilla INSTANT pudding (3 1/2 oz. size)
Dream Whip or whipped topping

Bake cake as directed. Cool completely. Cream softened cream cheese. Add milk and pudding. Beat well. Spread on cake. When firm enough, top with whipped topping.
