TOFU WITH DILL WEED 
1 lb. tofu
1 lg. onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chicken flavor broth w/1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. parsley flakes or fresh, diced fine
Dill weed, as desired
2 tbsp. food yeast flakes

Saute onions in butter until clear looking. Add crumbled tofu. Add chicken flavoring dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water. Mix in parsley flakes and dill weed as desired.
