7 SEAS CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed soup (mushroom or celery)
1 1/4 c. water or milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can peas, can use frozen
1 can tuna or salmon (drained)
Cheese slices
Onion, optional
1 1/3 c. minute rice
Paprika

Combine soup, water or milk and salt in saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour 1/2 soup mixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole then in layers. Add rice (right from the box), salmon or tuna and peas. Add remaining soup. Top with cheese slices and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in moderate oven 350-375 degrees, 20 minutes or until heated through.
