6 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce or 1 c. diced tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients. Saute in skillet 15 to 20 minutes. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
