1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour (plain)
3 c. cooked potatoes, mashed
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring
1/4 c. butter

Whip all ingredients with mixer. Pour into ready to bake pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
