1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker and-or bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
Green pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Make sauce as follows: 6 tbsp. vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. diced onion

Pour sauce over meat loaf and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
