4 boneless chicken breasts 1 egg 1 tbsp. milk 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sherry Parmesan cheese, grated Combine egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture. Then roll in Parmesan cheese. Melt butter in saucepan and brown on both sides. Add sherry and cook until heated. Remove chicken and sauce to baking dish and bake at 225 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve on bed of rice. |
