PERSONAL PIZZA 
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
Shortening
Flour
Any toppings you may choose: Pepperoni, salami, hotdogs, pineapple, olives, etc.

Roll out each biscuit on a floured surface to a circle 4 inches across. Put on greased baking sheet. Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each biscuit. Spread evenly. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese and cover with toppings of your choice. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
