GRANOLA 
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
7 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds (no salt)
1/2 c. raw pumpkin seeds (no salt)
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. dried raisins

(Any combination of nuts, seeds and fruit can be used.)

In a large pot heat until boiling, honey, sugar, apple juice, oil, vanilla and cinnamon.

Combine oats, nuts, seeds and coconut.

Remove pan from heat. Stir in oat mixture until everything is moist. Spread on cookie sheets. Bake at 250 degrees. Stir often during baking. Approximately 1 hour. Mixture should be golden brown.
