DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. self rising flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Let rest about 5 minutes. For thin crust pizza, use 1/2 of the dough recipe.

SAUCE:

1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1/4 stick butter
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 clove chopped garlic

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Heat until thick. Add more of any above ingredients to taste.

Press dough evenly on bottom of either greased 9 x 13 inch pan or on greased cookie sheet with sides. Spread desired amount of sauce onto dough. Cover with desired toppings and shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
