STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels (9 oz. pkg.)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 sm. pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries

Mix together pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at least 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

When crust is cool, mix together softened cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar. Spread mixture over pretzel crust. Dissolve 2 packages of Jello in 2 cups boiling water; add 2 packages frozen strawberries. Whip or mix well and when almost set, spread on top. 12 to 15 servings.
