1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 (2 oz.) jar black lumpfish caviar
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Lemon wedges
Crackers, thin strips of toast, or cocktail rye or pumpernickel

Place block of cheese in center of serving plate. With small spreader, gently frost cheese with caviar. Cover with waxed paper and refrigerate until serving time. Surround with chopped egg, onion, lemon wedge and crackers or bread.

Who doesn't like Caviar? So I always include it for an Appetizer.
