MACARONI & VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. spiral or shell macaroni, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. cubed Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. 1" fresh broccoli pieces
1 c. cherry tomato halves
1 c. cucumber slices, cut in half (opt.)
Approx. 3/4 to 1 c. Italian dressing

Combine ingredients; toss lightly. Chill several hours. Toss before serving. Makes approximately 10 servings. VARIATIONS: May use Swiss or desired cheese. Add onion or any favorite vegetables.
