APPLE CRUMB PIE 
1 deep dish pie shell
2 (12 oz.) pkg. escalloped apples, defrosted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. La Creme whipped topping, thawed

Combine escalloped apples and cinnamon. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Combine flour, sugar, and butter; mix together with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over top of apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until filling is hot and bubbly and crumbs are golden brown. Top with whipped topping to taste.
