BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese (sharp), shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix well. Place in casserole dish. Top with the following.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb flavor stuffing mix
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter

Saute onion in butter. Add stuffing mix. Crumble over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
