BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 c. herb bread stuffing (not cubes)

Cook vegetables to defrost; drain. Add cheese, soup, onion, butter and egg; mix all together. Toss in 1 cup stuffing; place in greased casserole. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
