POPPIN' FRESH BARBECUPS | |
3/4 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar 1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated big flaky biscuits 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar or American cheese Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups. Brown ground beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place each biscuit in greased muffin cup, pressing dough to cover bottom and sides. Spoon meat mixture into each cup. Sprinkle each with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Loosen with spatula; remove from pans. Serve immediately. 10 barbecups. Tip: To reheat, wrap loosely in foil; heat at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours; bake as directed. |
