2 to 3 lbs. of ground beef
2 tbsp. of spicy mustard
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 onion
1 egg
4 slices loaf bread

Preheat oven 375°F. Mix up all ingredients and cook about 45 minutes. Cut the middle and if it is grey it is done.
