PEPI FRUIT SALAD 
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can chunk pineapple
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. bag white marshmallows
1 box Gioia Acine Di Pepi #34
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice

Stir sugar, flour, salt, pineapple juice, and eggs and cook until it boils. Let cool.

Cook a box of pepi macaroni; rinse and cool. Add above sauce. Add cans of pineapple and oranges, drained. Add marshmallows.

After mixed, take out a bowl full and add Cool Whip. If you are going to use the whole batch, use 2 containers of Cool Whip. If you only use half the mixture, you can freeze the rest for another time. Just add the Cool Whip when thawed.
